Recruiter4You is partnering with a well-established professional services firm in Cyprus to recruit Accountants and Senior Accountants. You’ll manage financial records, support bookkeeping, and collaborate with our Accounting Manager. This role offers hands-on experience and growth in a supportive environment – perfect for those eager to advance their careers.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounting and bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in line with standards

Reconcile sales, receivables, purchases, payables, VAT, Social Insurance, and bank accounts

Prepare VAT returns, VIES forms, and related reconciliations

Process monthly payroll for clients

Assist in preparing management accounts, financial statements, and client reports

Compile budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections

Monitor financial performance and ensure budget adherence

Ensure compliance with internal controls, laws, and professional standards

Register companies for VAT, Tax, and Social Insurance

Prepare and submit all related registration forms

Build strong client relationships through proactive communication

Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

1 – 5 years of relevant work experience

ACCA qualified or actively working towards completion

Experience in VAT regulations, Social Insurance services, and Tax authorities

Exposure in accounting software (e.g.E-soft, Odoo)

Strong analytical and organisational skills

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Effective teamwork and independent working capabilities

Excellent communication skills in Greek and English

IT literate and adaptable

High integrity and a positive, can-do attitude.
