Job description
Coordinates and/or performs activities for the fire protection programs of multiple sites as assigned to ensure compliance with NFPA requirements and state and local codes. This includes inspection, service and maintenance of systems and equipment such as sprinkler, fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, kitchen and computer room fire suppression systems and fire alarm monitoring, monthly elevator testing, among others. Assists, coordinates and directs vendors performing these functions as appropriate

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
