What will you be doing ?

We are looking for a Sales Program Apprentice to join our Sales Programs team. This apprenticeship is a unique opportunity to actively contribute to the design and execution of strategic sales programs, while building solid expertise in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the planning and tracking of sales programs (incentives, contests, enablement, go-to-market)

Participate in cross-functional project management in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams

Assist in creating communication materials and reports for sales teams

Analyze program performance and propose optimization recommendations

Support the logistical coordination of sales events and initiatives (kick-offs, trainings, webinars)

Track KPIs and help maintain dashboards and scorecards

Interact with internal stakeholders to gather data needed for programs

Extract and analyze data from CRM (Salesforce) and BI tools to support sales programs

Build and maintain analytical reports and dashboards to track sales team performance

Conduct ad hoc studies and exploratory analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Contribute to data quality and governance by ensuring consistency and reliability of key metrics

Automate data collection and processing workflows to improve operational efficiency
