Zur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebs-Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Sales Representative (m/w/d).
Responsibilities
Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören folgende Tätigkeiten:
Technische und kaufmännische Betreuung und Ausbau des langjährigen Kundenstamms in der Region
Beratung unserer Kunden und Umsetzung von Verkaufs- und Marketingstrategien
Aktive Marktbearbeitung und Erfassung von Trends und Entwicklungen
Mitarbeit bei der Vertriebsstrategie und deren Umsetzung
Aufbau von Beziehungen und eines Netzwerks zu nichtkaufenden Kunden, z.B. Planer, Architekten, Designer, Ingenieure, Institute und öffentliche Einrichtungen
Ausarbeitung professioneller Angebote und Produktvorschläge für Kunden
Nutzung von Präsentationen, Messen und Kundenveranstaltungen zur Generierung von Leads
Qualifications
Das bringen Sie mit:
Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb vorzugsweise im Korrosions- und Brandschutz
Sie sind Teamfähig und können mit Stresssituationen gut umgehen
Kenntnisse in Salesforce sind wünschenswert
Fähigkeit, vom Home-Office aus zu arbeiten
Interkulturelle Kompetenz und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Souveräner Umgang mit moderner Kommunikations- und Präsentationstechnik
Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung
Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation
Verhandlungsgeschick und selbstständige Planungsfähigkeiten
Großes Reisebereitschaft
Wohnsitz im Vertriebsgebiet
