Your Responsibilities
Manage daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency
Lead strategic initiatives that improve performance and care delivery
Responsible for the daily flow of the surgery center (staffing, supplies, sterilization, templates, etc.).
Maintains documentation of staff education, licensure, certification, and vaccinations according to company policy.
Analyze financial performance (P&L) to identify improvements
Oversee project timelines and the successful completion of initiatives
Identify process improvements to increase quality and reduce costs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align organizational goals

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Active, unencumbered RN license in Alaska
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong experience in a perioperative setting
Proven ability to lead teams and implement strategy
Comfortable making decisions and driving positive change
