Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and ensure equipment complies with OSHA and company safety standards.

Partner with engineers, machine operators, and fellow technicians to resolve technical challenges and develop preventive maintenance strategies.

Share technical knowledge and provide hands-on guidance to junior technicians, promoting best practices in maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment care.

Work within a shift-based production environment, including weekends and overtime as operational needs require.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certifications in industrial maintenance, machining, mechanical technology, or a related field preferred.

Demonstrated experience performing maintenance and troubleshooting in a manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume production environment.
