We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Senior QA/QC – Secant Piling in Dubai, UAE . Our client is seeking skilled and motivated professionals with strong technical knowledge of quality assurance and quality control activities associated with secant piling and deep-foundation works. Key Responsibilities
Monitor and inspect secant piling activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality requirements.
Conduct inspections of reinforcement cages, concrete placement, pile positioning, drilling, and related piling activities.
Implement project Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and maintain accurate QA/QC documentation.
Verify incoming construction materials and supporting certificates against approved project requirements.
Coordinate inspections and testing activities with site engineers, consultants, laboratories, and project stakeholders.
Identify quality deviations, raise and monitor NCRs, and verify implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Review piling quality records, inspection requests, test reports, concrete records, and as-built documentation.
Support project teams in maintaining required quality standards throughout secant piling operations.
Required Skills
Secant Piling QA/QC: Strong understanding of quality requirements associated with secant pile construction.
Piling Inspection: Ability to inspect drilling, reinforcement, concreting, alignment, and pile construction activities.
ITP & Method Statements: Ability to interpret and implement approved inspection and quality-control procedures.
Concrete Quality Control: Knowledge of concrete inspection, sampling, testing, placement, and associated records.
QA/QC Documentation: Ability to manage inspection requests, NCRs, test reports, checklists, and quality dossiers.
Preferred Skills
Experience with deep foundations and geotechnical construction projects.
Familiarity with UAE/GCC construction quality practices.
Experience coordinating QA/QC inspections with consultants and third-party testing agencies.
Work Experience Requirements
