Job Description
Key Activities:
Sales Support Keeping track of the invoices and orders:
Preparing monthly reports.
Payments follow up.
Liaise with John Crane-Bangalore
Travel required but not frequently.
MIS reports and monthly forecast in C4C.
Payment recovery, close review of outstanding statement
Submission of write off forms, review of late delivery.
Office Administrative:
Vendor registrations
Settling Bills related to regular office maintenance.
Sales Support
Keeping track of the invoices and orders
Preparing monthly reports.
Payments follow up.
Liaise with John Crane-Bangalore
Payment recovery, close review of outstanding statement
Submission of write off forms, review of late delivery
Qualifications
B.E graduate
The proficiency / expertise in SAP modules & Excel is must.
Self-Starter, Team – Player with well-developed interpersonal skills.
Should have good communication skills.
Must be a candidate from surrounding area with fluency in local language.
Support safe workplace cultures and compliance with Smiths EH&S
