Job Description
20 h/Woche | 6 Monate, Verlängerung möglich | 100 % remote in Deutschland
Deine Aufgaben
First-Level-Support für den Außendienst bei Fragen und Anliegen zu Veeva
Abarbeiten und Pflegen von Arztlisten in Veeva
Korrektur und Aktualisierung von HCP-Stammdaten (z. B. Adressen, Kontaktdaten)
Durchführen von Datenexporten, Dateneingaben und Datenabgleichen
Dokumentation von Arbeitsabläufen und Erstellen von Kurzanleitungen auf Deutsch
Perspektivisch: Einarbeitung neuer Kolleg:innen und Erklären von Veeva-Prozessen
Qualifications
Dein Profil
Aktuelle Immatrikulation an einer staatlich anerkannten Hochschule in Deutschland (Nachweis bei Einladung zum Gespräch), Studiengang egal
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1), da Support und Dokumentation auf Deutsch erfolgen
Gute Englischkenntnisse
Sehr hohe Sorgfalt und Genauigkeit, auch bei repetitiven Aufgaben
Verlässliche, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Motivation, Dich tief in Veeva einzuarbeiten und Dein Wissen verständlich weiterzugeben
Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und digitalen Tools
Wohnsitz und Arbeitsort in Deutschland
