Marketing Specialist for Hospice Care
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Marketing Specialist to join our hospice care organization and help expand our reach within the community. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by promoting compassionate end-of-life care services and supporting the growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare marketing and committed to building strong relationships with patients, families, and referral sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase awareness of hospice services
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and community channels
- Build relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources
- Coordinate outreach events, health fairs, and community education programs
- Manage social media platforms and website content to engage target audiences
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent messaging
