Job description

We're looking for an experienced, sales driven Store Manager to lead our CurrentBody pop up at Belmont Village in the New York area. This is a rare opportunity to bring a digitally native, clinically-backed beauty tech brand into a premium retail setting, owning the customer experience, driving store performance, and building a high-performing team from the ground up.

What you'll be doing:

Own the day to day performance of the pop-up, driving sales and delivering against KPIs

Lead, coach, and develop a small, high-performing retail team

Deliver a premium, consultative customer experience, educating shoppers on beauty tech

Bring the CurrentBody brand to life in-store through storytelling, product demos, and activations

Lead product launches and in-store campaigns, ensuring strong execution

Manage customer flow and maintain consistently high service standards

Oversee store operations, including inventory management, compliance, and reporting

Act as the key point of contact for the pop-up, partnering cross-functionally with our corporate teams

Skills, knowledge & expertise

Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader, ideally within premium beauty retail

Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales performance

Passion for beauty, skincare, or beauty tech

Experience delivering a consultative, education-led customer experience

Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams

Highly organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
