Job description
Job Summary : The Sales Associate will be primarily responsible for guiding customers’ experience with the UPS Store through every interaction. In addition to opening/closing duties, Sales Associate will be responsible for educating customers on UPS Store services and delivering those services with the highest level of customer service. We have a part-time position available. Computer and point-of-sale experience would be helpful.
Qualifications :
Knowledge of:
Basic procedures for shipping mail and packages
Fundamental accounting, banking, cash management practices
Skills in:
Email applications: communication & management
Ability to:
Communicate and spark rapport with customers of diverse backgrounds
Learn and retain information quickly
Cross sell and upsell additional services
Address issues and resolve conflicts through professional verbal/written communication
Requirements:
High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent8
