Tim Dahle Auto Group is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers, guests, and team members in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and basic correspondence
Provide general information about dealership departments, services, and current promotions
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times
Support managers and staff with clerical duties and special projects as needed
Ensure all guests feel welcomed and directed to the appropriate department
Requirements
Qualifications:
