You would

Take ownership of client communication and commercial processes. From first request to final booking, you ensure a smooth, professional, and efficient experience.

Be the main point of contact for our Bulgarian and international clients

Manage incoming requests and prepare professional offers

Coordinate smoothly with internal operations and research teams

Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure recurring business

Spot opportunities to upsell and grow accounts

Keep client data and opportunities up to date in the CRM

You can

Bring your fluency in Bulgarian and English to deliver excellent client service

Apply your organizational skills to handle multiple projects at once

Use your background in research, marketing, business, or similar to add value
