Responsibilities
Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence
Implement patient-centered treatment plans designed to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals
Deliver hands-on therapy interventions that enhance movement, endurance and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients
Partner with interdisciplinary teams , caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation , monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs

Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or license eligible in the state of practice
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
