Job description
UDR is hiring a Business Manager to join our operations team in Southern, CA. This position supports multiple properties (1500 – 2000 units) and offices out of 27 Seventy Five, our apartment community located in Costa Mesa, CA. This is 4 – 5 month contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management: Collect rent, manage utilities, post payments, and minimize delinquency.
Legal & Evictions: Prepare notices, manage legal files, coordinate with authorities, and attend court hearings.
Operations: Process move-out accounts (FAS), handle banking deposits, and update month-end reports.
Customer Service: Provide high-touch support to residents and resolve security deposit disputes.
Key Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in property management or business operations.
Specialties: Proven success with collections, evictions, and delinquency management.
Software: OneSite experience is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong organization and excellent communication.
Hourly Range:
$28/hr. – $31/hr., depends on experience
