This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and shape the service product for a fleet logistics company, with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction. You'll have the chance to build and grow a key part of the business, making a real impact.
Job description
Your mission
Combine service design, commercialization, operations and portfolio leadership. Turn qualified operational demand into profitable, tech-enabled, repeatable service products and lead the team towards execution across markets.
Your profile
A commercial service-product builder and player-coach with 5+ years of relevant experience or exceptional equivalent evidence - who has personally taken an operations-heavy B2B fleet/mobility service from idea to profitable, repeatable revenue.
Why us?
Our aim is to add another unicorn in a €40B industry. You will join at a point where the core platform, operational network and customer base already exist—but a major new service portfolio is still being built.
This is an opportunity to shape what FleetFox sells next, how those services operate, what technology enables them and how they scale across Europe. You will have real ownership, direct customer access and a clear commercial mandate, while building the Service Product capability alongside the company.
About us
FleetFox is an asset-light managed marketplace, active in 13 cities across 6 EU countries, servicing car-sharing, delivery, utility, and other B2B fleets. Driven by our technology, we’re saving clients 35-60% on their fleet ops, and streamlining their operations on scale.
