Caregiver/Personal Care Specialist Responsibilities:
Assist residents with performance of activities, simple treatments, and emotional health and/or problem behavioral issues as indicated in service plans
Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs and preferences, as well as successful service approaches
Observe and report resident problems to LPN (if on duty) or Medication Tech/Aid
Attend and participate in onboarding, annual and in-service training and team member meetings, as requested
Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director
