Customer Specialist – Walser Automotive Group

Compensation: $36,000

What You’ll Do:

Maintain unit averages as required by the store

Maintain minimum PVR and VSC standards as required by the store

Greet all customers promptly and courteously

Guide customers through the entire sales process

Utilize the Walser CRM tool effectively to track all customer interactions

Educate customers on the benefits Walser has to offer

Conduct test drives and ensure customers understand vehicle features and operation

Educate customers on available financial products and financing options

Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction

Wear safety eyewear at all times when in dealership service departments

Wear hard-toed shoes and slip-resistant footwear when in dealership service departments

Perform all other duties, tasks, and/or projects as assigned

What You Bring:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but not required

Successful completion of the sales training program

Excellent listening, telephone, and computer skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Professional demeanor and appearance, including adherence to uniform and nametag standards

Strong customer service mentality

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
