This is a fantastic opportunity to join a groundbreaking company that's at the forefront of AI security. You'll be part of a team developing innovative solutions to control AI and human access to critical systems, working with cutting-edge technology in a rapidly evolving field.
Job description
If you've ever dreamt of being there when it all started, this one's for you.
At Zeroport, we're rethinking how humans and AI agents securely access and interact with critical systems.
As AI becomes more autonomous, controlling what it can access is no longer enough. We're pioneering Least Agency: limiting what AI agents (and humans) can actually do, and enforcing those boundaries independently through physical containment.
Our approach combines purpose-built hardware, robust software, and non-IP connectivity to enable secure, real-time work for both AI agents and humans, without exposing the protected network.
It sounds bold, we know. That's exactly the point.
Who We Are
Zeroport is pioneering Least Agency for AI and human network access.
Our hardware-enforced architecture creates physical boundaries between AI agents, human users, and critical systems, limiting what they can reach and do by design.
We're a focused, technical team with a strong builder mentality, moving fast to redefine how humans and AI securely interact with the world's most critical systems.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Planning Specialist to join our team and own procurement, material planning, and supply chain management for our hardware products.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced hardware startup environment, combining material planning and demand forecasting, end-to-end procurement, and close work with our contract manufacturers to keep production on schedule.
What You’ll Do
Lead material requirements planning and demand forecasting based on BOMs, customer project timelines, the order backlog, and the sales pipeline
Manage the procurement process, from order placement to delivery, covering components, equipment, and materials required for customer-delivered products and systems
Conduct supplier evaluations and price comparisons, and prioritize procurement based on customer project timelines and product requirements
Ensure availability of critical components and coordinate payments and approvals
Manage lead times, component shortages, and end-of-life (EOL) risks, and work with R&D to source alternative parts
Streamline procurement and planning processes to reduce lead times
Plan and monitor inventory levels of components and electronic boards
Build and maintain structured processes for order intake, tracking, and usage planning
Create, maintain, and update BOMs (Bill of Materials) for all company products
Plan and prepare board assembly orders with our contract manufacturers, from production feasibility checks and production packages to quantities and timing
Serve as a point of contact for our contract manufacturers and track assembly execution through completion
Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors
Monitor production schedules and supplier delivery performance
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain planning in hardware/electronics/manufacturing environments
Experience in supply chain optimization and process improvement initiatives
Experience working with international suppliers and PCB/PCBA contract manufacturers
Proven experience in material requirements planning (MRP) and demand forecasting
High proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Experience using AI tools and automation to streamline work processes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate effectively across teams
Nice to Have
Background in hardware startups, ideally with networking knowledge
Experience with Priority ERP
Technical understanding of PCB/PCBA manufacturing processes
Why Join Us
Be part of designing innovative solutions for some of the toughest challenges in network security
Flexible work setup, minimal bureaucracy
Real ownership and impact from day one
A collaborative and innovative work culture
Competitive salary and benefits
Let's build it together!
Even if you don’t meet every requirement – we’d still love to hear from curious, motivated people.
