About the Role
The Marketing team is responsible for driving brand love, customer acquisition, and engagement to create long-term brand advocacy. This role focuses on multi-channel content execution, high-impact experiential events, and strategic partner coordination across digital and offline touchpoints.
We are looking for an autonomous, data-driven marketer with 4+ years of experience who operates with minimal manager oversight. The ideal candidate is a strategic self-starter who doesn't just execute campaigns but proactively optimizes performance, negotiates powerful co-marketing alliances, and backs up creative concepts with concrete ROI projections.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Channel Strategy, Content & Execution
Campaign Optimization: Lead the strategic planning and execution of comprehensive content strategies across key online platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc.) to drive brand awareness, community engagement, and qualified sales leads.
Value-Driven Storytelling: Translate complex vehicle features, technologies, and brand values into compelling, highly localized narrative campaigns.
Brand & Quality Governance: Maintain relentlessly high standards for the brand's digital experience, managing website and social content layout changes to ensure flawless brand alignment.
Trend Prototyping: Actively experiment with emerging digital formats, marketing innovations, and AI content creation workflows to maintain a competitive edge.
2. PR, Media Relations & Campaign Coordination
Partner Coordination: Manage relationships with creative, media, and PR agencies. Actively maintain and cultivate strong relationships to maximize positive earned media coverage. Act as a critical anchor to ensure assets are delivered on time, within budget, and to the brand’s high standards.
Press Deliverables & Distribution: Handle the drafting, translation, and distribution of press releases, media alerts, and comprehensive media kits, ensuring absolute accuracy and alignment with global brand guidelines.
Media Test Drives: Coordinate media test drives, including vehicle scheduling, briefing media on technical features, and meticulously tracking post-drive coverage.
Joint Business Impact: Support co-marketing strategies with external partners (e.g. banks, gas station, malls) to deliver a "1+1 > 2" business impact.
Timeline Accountability: Formulate clear action plans when managing campaign rollouts, engaging relevant internal and external stakeholders early to ensure seamless execution under tight timelines.
3. Experiential Marketing & Showroom Dominance
High-end Events: Own the end-to-end execution, logistics, coordination, and on-site management of new car launches, test-drive events, car shows, etc.
Retail Visibility: Drive physical and digital visibility initiatives across showrooms and retail environments, maximizing foot traffic and tracking lead-generation data.
4. Data-Informed Performance Optimization
Performance Metrics: Dive deep into social media, website traffic, and event data to validate campaign effectiveness and monitor KPIs.
ROI-Driven Proposals: Propose new content concepts, or promotional ideas with confidence, backing them up with supporting data and projected engagement.
Job Requirements
Experience & Background
4+ years of experience in marketing, digital communications, or campaign management, with a proven track record in the Automotive, Lifestyle or fast-paced sectors.
Background working within an agile environment (e.g. social/creative agencies or multi-vendor platforms) is highly preferred.
Proven capability in multi-channel execution, with a strong knack for data-informed decision-making.
Competencies & Skills
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal skills; comfortable influencing internal teams and managing external agencies/partners to keep complicated projects moving forward.
Analytical Problem-Solver: Comfortable working with data dashboards, Google Sheets/Excel, and tracking performance metrics to refine marketing approaches.
Tech-Agile: Skilled in modern content creation workflows, including AI tools, Canva, basic video editing, and website CMS.
Mindset: A proactive self-starter with strong learning agility, meticulous attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Languages: Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
