Job Description
Are you passionate about delivering great customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests? We're looking for enthusiastic and friendly Bar & Restaurant Staff to join the Food & Beverage team at Novotel Southampton . We offer a salary of £12.95 per hour per hour
This flexible casual role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and can adapt to a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Food & Beverage team, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest receives excellent service. Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
Taking food and drink orders accurately
Serving food and beverages to a high standard
Preparing and serving drinks
Processing bills, charges and payments
Checking identification where required
Maintaining stock rotation and replenishment
Completing cleaning duties and health & safety checks
Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For

A flexible approach to working hours and shifts
Reliability and a willingness to learn
Previous hospitality experience is welcome but not essential as full training will be provided
