Job Description
Provide safe and comfortable transportation for guests to and from designated locations.
Ensure timely and efficient pick-up and drop-off services.
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist guests with luggage or any special requirements.
Provide information about the local area and attractions.
Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Report any mechanical issues promptly and coordinate with the maintenance team.
Plan efficient routes to destinations, taking into account traffic conditions and the schedule.
Maintain clear communication with the front desk or concierge regarding transportation schedules and any special requests.
Adhere to company policies and local traffic regulations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with guests.
Handle guest concerns or issues with courtesy and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Excellent knowledge of local traffic regulations and routes.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
