We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Account Representative at our Wichita office. We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client needs, and helping consumers resolve account balances while representing our clients with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities may change at the discretion of management based on business needs.
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily
Be responsible for accounts worked
Obtain location information when needed
Adhering to FDCPA, HIPAA and all other Federal/State regulations as well as company procedures and policies
