JOB DUTIES:
Manage and support a portfolio of B2B customers in the electronic security sector.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively reach out to clients.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow your accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
Learn the ins and outs of security technology and sales strategy.
YOU MUST HAVE:
A proactive, customer-focused mindset and eagerness to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Interest in technology, electronics, or security systems.
A team player who enjoys working in a dynamic, commercial environment.
Fluent in Dutch and French
WE VALUE:
Experience with SAP or other ERP system
Previous experience in security sector
