Job description
We’ve been experiencing hyper-growth the past year, becoming Indonesia's 7th Unicorn Startup and the first Investment Fintech Unicorn in South East Asia 2.5 years after Ajaib first launched. With the global financial technology market expected to grow gradually, we aim to make stock trading accessible for millennials through our mobile-first approach. In 2022, we opened our new head office in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building, and we’re just getting started!
We’re looking for Business Growth Intern to join our team! In this role, you’ll support various business growth initiatives through data analysis, market research, and campaign execution. This is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about fintech, investments, and scaling products through data-driven strategies
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Insights: Perform deep-dive analysis related to overall business growth initiatives
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on market trends.
Campaign Execution: Assist in the end-to-end execution of growth campaigns.
Competitor Benchmarking: Monitor and report on the product features and promotional activities of local and global wealth-tech competitors.
Reporting: Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as TPV, growth rate, etc.
Education: Final year student or recent graduate from Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or a related quantitative field.
Investment Literacy: A strong fundamental understanding of how ID Stocks, US Stocks, and Mutual Funds work.
Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (vlookup, pivot tables, data visualization).
Growth Curiosity: A "growth hacker" mindset—you enjoy testing hypotheses and are obsessed with finding ways to scale a product.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment and manage multiple projects across different asset classes simultaneously.
Available for 3-6 months internship period
