What You’ll Do:
Execute menu items with consistency, quality, and attention to detail
Work all hot line stations and maintain strong station readiness
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards
Assist with prep, stocking, cleaning, and organization
Communicate effectively with chefs and teammates in a fast-paced kitchen
Support smooth service execution during high-volume shifts

Requirements
2+ years of professional line cook experience
Ability to work all hot line stations
Strong knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
