Position Overview

As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will assist in the planning, organization, and execution of a variety of events including corporate meetings, conferences, social gatherings, and community outreach programs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to completion.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Manage event logistics including scheduling, venue arrangements, and transportation.
Support marketing efforts through event promotion and attendee communication.
Help set up and break down event spaces to meet specific requirements.
Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communication, or related field preferred.
