What You'll Do
Manage the facility's admissions and inquiry process
Conduct tours and build relationships with prospective residents and families
Coordinate admissions to support a smooth transition into the facility
Develop and maintain referral source relationships
Support facility marketing and census development efforts
Promote a positive customer experience throughout the admissions process
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
Sales, marketing, admissions, or healthcare experience required
Healthcare community relations experience preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and achieve goals
