What You'll Do
Clean resident rooms, offices, and common areas including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and guests
Clean spills, soiled areas, and other housekeeping needs promptly
Follow proper cleaning, sanitation, and infection control procedures
Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored
Handle cleaning products and hazardous materials safely
Report hazards, equipment concerns, and maintenance issues promptly
Help maintain community appearance and resident satisfaction
What You'll Need
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare or hospitality preferred
Strong customer service and hospitality skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable and trustworthy work ethic
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Effective communication skills
Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
