Job Description:
Conduct outbound calls to businesses to confirm and update information related to their current communications and broadband infrastructure.
Engage with key decision-makers to discuss their existing providers, packages, and identify any service challenges or requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all conversations and data within the CRM system.
Meet daily and weekly targets for data collection and lead qualification.
Provide detailed feedback and reports on market insights and client needs to the management team.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance communication techniques and product knowledge.
Excellent verbal communication skills and an approachable, professional phone manner.
Ability to confidently engage with business owners and decision-makers.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data recording.
Target-oriented mindset with resilience and a positive attitude.
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales preferred, but not essential.
Basic salary: £23,809.50 - £24,784.00
OTE: £28,000 - £30,000
