This unique dual-role position combines clinical practice with operational leadership, making it ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in both patient care and administrative oversight.

Job Classification: Dual Role – Clinic Manager & Practicing Therapist/Therapist Assistant
Schedule: This position will be performed alongside the daily responsibilities of a practicing Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant at our private practice clinic.

Requirements
Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program. They must have, or be eligible for, licensing in Minnesota.
Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in person
