THE ROLE
We’re looking for an AI Development and Innovation Lead to drive two company-wide missions: transform how we work through AI-assisted and agentic workflows, and accelerate product and technology innovation. The role is split equally between AI Transformation & Agentic Development and Innovation & Rapid Prototyping.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technology leadership, architecture, AI, or innovation.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, AI development tools, LLMs, AI agents, orchestration, and agentic workflows.
• Experience with cloud-native development, APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development or automation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation, prototype rapidly, and connect technology to customer and business value.
• Strong communication and influencing skills; comfortable working with executive leadership. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
• Experience in FinTech, financial services, enterprise SaaS, or AI-driven products is an advantage.
Responsibilities
• Lead the company-wide AI transformation strategy, including the AI-Assisted Software Development Lifecycle (ASDLC), and identify productivity opportunities across R&D and business functions.
• Establish scalable AI foundations, tools, integrations, governance, security practices, and reusable agentic workflows in partnership with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and business leaders.
• Redesign workflows to reduce repetitive work, improve quality and delivery speed, and increase automation across functions such as Product, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and HR.
• Define baselines, KPIs, and reporting to measure adoption, productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and business impact.
• Lead innovation and rapid prototyping: identify emerging technologies and customer opportunities, build proofs of concept quickly, validate their value, and transition successful initiatives into product or engineering teams.
• Build an innovation pipeline and communicate progress, results, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Measurably faster delivery and shorter development cycles; greater automation and adoption of AI workflows; improved quality and efficiency; and validated prototypes that create meaningful customer value and product differentiation.
