The Role
We are looking for a customer-focused Solution Architect to own the technical customer journey from pre-sales discovery and solution design through integration, production launch and ongoing technical partnership. This is a highly customer-facing role connecting enterprise customers with Bridgewise technology teams.
Requirements
• 7+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, technical consulting, cloud architecture or enterprise
integration; proven experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Proven ownership of complex enterprise integrations from pre-sales to production, including RFP/RFI responses and
technical due diligence.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SaaS, AWS/cloud, distributed systems, networking, security and authentication
(SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
• Excellent communication, presentation, troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills; strong ownership and
ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field; fluent English and willingness to travel internationally. Experience in
financial services, regulated industries or Asian markets is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
• Enterprise technical leadership: Understand customer goals, environments and constraints; lead technical workshops,
architecture discussions and customer relationships across business and engineering stakeholders.
• Pre-sales and due diligence: Support Sales/Pre-Sales with technical discovery, RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires,
architecture reviews, demos and realistic technical commitments.
• End-to-end solution design: Architect scalable, secure and maintainable integrations across APIs, identity/SSO, data
flows, networking, cloud and enterprise deployment requirements.
• Integration and go-live ownership: Drive technical milestones from design and implementation through testing, launch
readiness, production deployment and stabilization; resolve risks and blockers proactively.
• Cross-functional delivery: Partner with Product, Engineering, Security & Cloud Architecture, DevOps and Customer
Success to ensure solutions meet customer needs without unnecessary customization.
• Scale and standardization: Develop reusable integration patterns, reference architectures, documentation and
onboarding practices that accelerate future customer launches.
• Global customer partnership: Work effectively with international financial institutions, including culturally sensitive
environments such as Japan; travel internationally as needed.
