Summary of Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Checks with Manager for daily forecast training standard objectives
Ascertains the daily specials from kitchen and communicates them
Answers phone and record take-out food/drink orders
Inspects Bar for cleanliness, proper supply levels
Makes specialty drinks to standard including ingredients and presentation
Maintains a clean and sanitary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes
Performs service, busser and runner duties as appropriate
Must be willing to work in other disciplines within the department as directed by management
Uses POS accurately. Handles card transactions as directed
Participates in upsell strategies as directed by management
Participates in daily line ups
Practices service standards and current training throughout service
Management reserves the right to change and/or add to these duties at any time
Education and Experience Required
Must be at least 21 years old
Requires thorough knowledge of a specialized or technical field
High School Diploma, Required
One-year Bartender experience, Required
Must be able to obtain Serve Safe/TIPS Certification
Basic computer knowledge and usage preferred
Ability to safely operate company vehicles according to company policy. Must have valid driver’s license, proof of auto liability insurance and acceptable motor vehicle driving record

Able to make a friendly impression when speaking to or corresponding with guests, vendors, and other employees
Must be self-motivated and disciplined
Must be able to prioritize and complete work assignments on a timely basis
