The Program Manager for the Turning Point Program is a integral part of our team providing structure, accountability, stability, and hope for the men/women in the program. The Program Manager must be a Christ-centered individual who is able to lead men/women in their growing relationship with Christ and must be a student of the Bible who is active in a faith-based community. The Program Manager will oversee logistics and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the programs. You will be the go-to person residents, volunteers and interns will turn to for any and all issues regarding the program. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about God’s transformational love, function well under pressure, and handle conflict and difficult situations with grace.
