At Cohere, we believe in owning the outcome, practicing thoughtful stewardship, and building strong partnerships. We're looking for someone who brings that same approach to financial leadership.

If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and helping teams succeed, we'd love to meet you.

Maintain strong internal controls and help ensure accounting practices remain consistent across communities.

Support Community Growth and Partnerships

Lead accounting setup and onboarding for new communities and association phases, including owner records, balances, assessments, vendors, and collection processes.

Partner with community leadership, developers, vendors, banking partners, and internal teams to resolve accounting matters and support community needs.
