Sales Supervisor - Courses Background
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and develop the sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure achievement of sales targets through effective strategies and performance management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA is preferred, DBA is a plus.
5–7 years of experience in sales, with proven experience leading sales teams.
Previous experience as a Sales Team Leader or Sales Manager.
Experience in Education, E-learning, B2B, or a relevant industry is preferred.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and people-management skills.
Strong experience in sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team.
Manage sales targets, forecasting, and pipeline performance.
