Job description
<ul><li><strong>Opportunity Discovery & Pipeline Building</strong> — Surface and validate high-potential commercial opportunities through customer discovery, industry research, and workshops; translate ambiguous customer challenges into clearly articulated business opportunities and market theses.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li><strong>Pilot Execution & Commercial Validation</strong> — Design, coordinate, and close customer demos, POCs, and pilot programs in alignment with engineering; convert engagement learnings into repeatable GTM frameworks and product feedback.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li><strong>Market Development & Relationship Building</strong> — Build trust with customer executives, partners, and industry stakeholders through meetings, events, and narratives; strengthen CynLr's positioning as a category leader through storytelling and partnership development.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li><strong>Founder & Strategic Initiative Support</strong> — Directly support Founders on strategic accounts, proposals, fundraising, and board material; take end-to-end ownership of special commercial projects and cross-functional initiatives.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li><strong>GTM Systems & Infrastructure Development</strong> — Build and continuously improve the internal GTM stack (CRM, dashboards, outbound automation, knowledge repositories) that scales commercial execution across the team</li></ul><div><br></div>
