Manager - Personalized Healthcare Solutions (100% Remote)”.
Job Duration: Long
Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)
Pay Rate : $60/hr -
$70/hr on W2

Seeking an Alliance
Manager to manage strategic pharma/biotech/diagnostics partnerships, drive
contract execution and account growth, and ensure effective alliance governance
and partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve
as primary contact for assigned strategic partners and drive joint
business objectives.
Lead contract initiation, drafting, execution, and compliance for
revenue-generating projects.
Manage Joint Steering Committees (JSCs) and alliance governance
activities.
Monitor
alliance health, deliverables, risks, and contractual commitments.
Identify
opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth .
Resolve
partner issues and coordinate with R&D, Legal, Finance, Commercial,
and Operations teams.
Required
Qualifications:
3+
years of Alliance Management experience in pharma, biotech, or
diagnostics.
Bachelor’s
degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field .
Strong
stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving
skills.
Preferred:
Experience
with Salesforce and Conga .
CA-AM
or CSAP certification .
