The Company
Meet the team:
The EMEA Business Operations & Service Excellence team sits at the center of how we translate commercial priorities into scalable operational execution and consistently strong customer experiences. As our business grows, we connect markets and functions, strengthen service delivery, and build scale-ready ways of working that improve performance across EMEA.
As Business Operations Partner for DACH, you will play a visible and influential role in this mission. Partnering with senior Commercial leadership, Customer Service, and cross-functional teams, you will shape priorities, turn market needs and operational insights into action, and help scale effective solutions across DACH and relevant EMEA markets. End-to-end Order-to-Cash will be a key operating focus, alongside the broader remit of service performance, customer experience, and commercial enablement. This is an opportunity to influence service strategy, enable sustainable growth, and deliver measurable value for customers and the business.
Where you come in:
You will act as the primary operational interface between DACH commercial leadership, Customer Service, and broader Operations, representing market priorities and translating them into clear operational implications and actions.
You will align stakeholders across Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and broader Operations around shared priorities that support growth, service quality, and customer experience.
You will lead cluster-level prioritization of service harmonization, transformation, and improvement initiatives in line with business needs and EMEA standards.
You will advise leaders on operational dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across commercial, customer-facing, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
You will translate agreed market requirements into process designs, readiness plans, implementation activities, and sustained adoption of new ways of working.
You will partner with Process Owners, who define EMEA standards and process design, and Customer Service Operations Leads, who own day-to-day service delivery, to align market priorities and drive cross-functional follow-through.
You will monitor service, customer, and business performance, combining data, customer insights, and market feedback to identify opportunities and recommend clear improvement actions.
You will lead or support cross-functional performance reviews and governance, driving clear ownership, follow-through, and measurable business value.
What makes you successful:
You bring significant experience in business operations, commercial operations, Customer Service, business partnering, or transformation within healthcare, medical technology, or another complex environment.
You bring strong business and commercial acumen, supported by prior experience in the DACH markets and a solid understanding of their commercial dynamics, customer needs, and growth priorities. You can engage credibly with senior commercial leaders and translate business needs into clear operational requirements and actions.
You have a strong understanding of operating models, customer journeys, service delivery, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
You have demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders, setting priorities, and delivering outcomes without direct authority in a matrix organization.
You combine strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to turn performance data into actionable recommendations.
You are fluent in English and German; additional European language skills are an advantage.
You have experience supporting multi-market or regional businesses while balancing local needs with standardized ways of working.
Experience with customer operations platforms such as CRM, case management, reporting, or ERP is valued. Experience in regulated healthcare, change or program management, or continuous improvement would be an advantage.
What you’ll get:
A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
A full and comprehensive benefits program.
Growth opportunities on a global scale.
Access to career development through in-house learning programs and/or qualified tuition reimbursement.
An exciting and innovative, industry-leading organization committed to our employees, customers, and the communiti
