Job description

Edelweiss Global Markets operates a multi-strategy trading business focused on generating superior risk-adjusted returns across global markets. As an Analyst- Structured Products, you will support structured product pricing, quantitative analysis, lifecycle management, and trading desk operations.

What will the Person do?

Structure and price MLDs and other structured products.

Build and calibrate quantitative pricing models for derivatives and structured payoffs.

Construct volatility surfaces, yield curves, and valuation inputs.

Conduct back-testing, stress-testing, and scenario analysis.

Manage product lifecycle events including coupon fixings and maturities.

Support trade booking, cashflow schedules, and desk workflows.

Prepare MIS reports and performance analytics.

Coordinate with distribution and operations teams.

Resolve booking and valuation exceptions.

Collaborate with Trading, Risk, Technology, and Operations teams.

What is needed to succeed?

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or related quantitative fields.

0-3 years of relevant experience.

Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on experience in Python and/or R.

Good understanding of financial markets and derivatives.

Strong MS Office and automation skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to think critically and work in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and ownership mindset.

Knowledge of structured products is preferred.
