Are you an early riser looking for a flexible, entry-level campus job that fits cleanly around your lectures and studies?
EF Oxford is looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on student to join our facilities team as a Facilities Assistant . Working during the quiet morning hours before the campus gets busy, you will play a vital role in keeping our Headington site safe, functional, and ready for our international students and staff.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to gain practical facilities management and site operations experience right on your doorstep.
Position Details
Part-time – Monday to Friday
6AM to 9AM

Your Role
General maintenance & repairs
Basic plumbing, electrics, painting & decorating
Furniture assembly & moving
Dealing with contractors regarding building issues
Assisting with the management of maintenance supplies
Updating work lists & taking a proactive approach to site management
Requirements
Good English communication skills and customer-facing experience
Flexible approach & teamwork skills
The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a lone-working environment
Highly organized with attention to detail
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
Right to work in the UK at commencement of employment
