Job description
Key Accountabilities: ( main accountability statements in the form of verb/noun/results area – not list of tasks )
· Assist in identifying and communicating with international suppliers for quotations and order confirmations.
· Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications, pricing, and delivery terms.
· Track shipments and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and customs clearance.
· Maintain procurement records and documentation in ERP systems.
· Support supplier evaluation processes and maintain updated vendor databases.
· Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement activities with production schedules.
· Resolve minor discrepancies in orders, invoices, and deliveries in coordination with suppliers.
· Ensure compliance with procurement policies and international trade regulations.
Job Requirements:
Minimum
Preferred
- Years of experience:
2–3 years in procurement or supply chain
4+ years in international procurement
- Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business Administration
