Job description
Key Responsibilities
Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and maintain accurate account balances.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue accounts to ensure timely collection.
Reconcile accounts receivable balances and ensure all payments are accurately recorded.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment-related issues.
Process and record incoming payments, including checks, bank transfers, and online payments.
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing the required documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable; real estate experience is preferred.
Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP or similar systems.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience in account reconciliation.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong follow-up skills.
