This position is located off I35-S in Faribault MN, 45 minutes south from the twin cities.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

Perform high-quality body repairs on a variety of makes and models

Work efficiently using modern tools and equipment

Stay productive in a fast-paced environment

Collaborate with a strong team to meet cycle-time and quality goals

Deliver repairs that exceed customer and insurance expectations

What We’re Looking For

Technical/trade school education or 2+ years of body shop experience

I-CAR certification (steel/aluminum preferred)

Ability to work on multiple vehicle types

Strong attention to detail, organization, and craftsmanship

A results-driven mindset and team-first attitude

Valid driver’s license

Schedule

Monday–Friday |7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (after-hours access available)
