Your mission with us:
You are both a consultant and a communication hub - between international clients and the team
You orchestrate a highly motivated team of concept creators, designers, 3D artists, and developers
You keep the overview: From project briefs to timing to budgets, you manage all aspects confidently
You actively support the expansion of our business and contribute your ideas to pitches
You dive deep into new technologies and trends and share your insights with the team
Your background
You bring 2-5+ years experience from the agency, digital, gaming, or consulting world
You can express yourself excellently in English and German
You're a true communication talent and feel at home in dynamic teams
Worked with project management tools like ClickUp, Jira, Trello
Structured work is your middle name
Gaming and 3D projects are nothing new to you.
Bonus points for:
Hands-on experience with VR/AR/XR or gaming
Know-how in 2D and/or 3D workflows
A sharp eye for visual design and user experience
