Job Title: Car Sales Manager | Automotive Sales Manager
Location: Mazda & Hyundai, Oldham
Salary: OTE of £60,000
Working Hours: Full-time
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and driven used Car Sales Manager to join Holdcroft Motor Group. You will be responsible for leading and developing the sales team, driving performance, maximising profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your Role
Drive sales performance and achieve departmental targets
Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the sales team
Oversee the customer journey from lead generation to vehicle delivery
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Implement sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness
Monitor performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve profitability
Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
