Description and Requirements
岗位职责
1、负责Android系统核心应用开发与迭代维护，主导SystemUI、Launcher、Settings 等系统核心模块的功能开发、性能优化、Bug修复，保障系统应用稳定、流畅运行，适配不同安卓系统版本迭代升级。
2、深度参与Android系统应用架构设计与方案评审，结合产品需求、硬件特性制定合理的开发方案，解决系统适配、兼容性、卡顿、功耗等各类疑难技术问题。
3、跟进Android官方新版本特性、底层框架更新，完成核心应用的版本适配、功能迁移与技术迭代，持续优化用户系统操作体验。
4、独立完成需求拆解、代码开发、单元测试、版本自测工作，规范编写开发文档、技术总结，保障代码质量与项目交付效率。
5、主动探索移动端前沿技术、AI开发工具生态，将AI辅助开发工具落地应用于编码、调试、问题排查、代码优化等工作场景，持续提升团队开发与迭代效率。
6、配合测试、产品、硬件团队完成联调测试、问题复盘、需求优化，支撑整机系统版本顺利交付。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业，3-5年Android系统原生应用开发经验，有SystemUI、Launcher、Settings核心模块独立开发经验者优先。
2、安卓基础功底扎实，精通Java/Kotlin编程语言，熟练掌握Android Framework核心原理、四大组件、自定义View、事件分发、消息机制、跨进程通信等核心技术。
3、熟悉Android系统编译、调试、打包流程，能够独立进行系统源码编译、模块调试，具备系统应用性能优化、功耗优化、兼容性问题排查能力。
4、熟悉Android各版本差异化特性，有安卓系统版本适配、功能定制开发实战经验，可独立解决系统开发中的各类复杂问题。
