Lindmark Companies is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop impactful advertising artwork for billboards, banners, and digital displays. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with an understanding of visual communication and create eye-catching advertising that helps clients effectively reach their audience.
Essential Responsibilities:
Design creative and effective artwork for billboards, banners, digital displays, and other outdoor advertising media.
Collaborate with clients, sales representatives, and internal teams to understand project goals and design requirements.
Develop original concepts, layouts, graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements.
Prepare proofs and present design concepts for client review and approval.
Revise and refine artwork based on feedback while maintaining design quality and brand consistency.
Ensure artwork meets production specifications for large-format printing and digital display requirements.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay current on design trends, software, and industry best practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
Three (3) or more years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
Experience with large-format printing, outdoor advertising, signage, or related industries is a plus.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual communication principles.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
